How do you reposition a UK market leader to connect with even more customers?​

The brief and whole approach was brand led - focused on giving Groovy Food a strong strategic brand positioning, then designing a website experience which delivered it to really put customers first. Our work created the brand idea ‘Inspire healthy eating, everyday’ to be the centre of communications. The original site’s user experience was confusing, so we interrogated the analytics to discover what content added the most value for customers.

Homepage designed to be irresistibly scrollable with its 'recipe first' content strategy.

Mobile first must be a priority for all websites these days.

The site presents content in bite size chunks with everything tagged so the customer is always in control.​

Illustrations and animation connect the website to the packaging to drive recognition at point of purchase.

Animated product overview page which deliver on the 'fun' part of the brand strategy.

Education is still an important part of customer acquisition in the sector. The blog presents Groovy Food as thought leaders.
